We need your e-mail address in order to send you important information about your order, including order confirmations and parcel tracking details.

If you do not provide an e-mail address, you will not be able to order.

If you have forgotten your password, you can use the password recovery function on the login screen to request a reminder.

Please note that customer services are not able to reset passwords or provide them to you.

There are occasions when we receive higher volumes of queries and we aim to answer your email as soon possible.

It might also be useful to check the settings of your e-mail client or webmail account to make sure that our reply has not been blocked by your spam filter.

Ordering

Voucher/discount codes are only valid for the dates specified and may be withdrawn at any time.

Only one voucher/discount code can be used per order.

We don’t offer pre-ordering of out of stock items.

Where possible we state when this products will be back in stock otherwise, you can request an email to advise when this product is available.

Once you place your order, we will normally pick your items from our warehouse the same day, and pack them for despatch (this applies to orders placed before 3pm).

You will be emailed a receipt once your payment is processed.

In addition, every order we send out will be accompanied by an itemised delivery note. You will need your delivery note if you wish to return an item.

Payment

Yes, we’ll always keep your details secure. We only keep limited payment card details which are used for verification and fraud prevention. We do not retain your credit card number, other than the last four digits which will appear on your invoice.

We accept the following payment types:

  • MasterCard
  • MasterCard Debit
  • Delta
  • PayPal

Debit and credit card payments will be processed through UTP.

It is not currently possible to pay using any other payment method and we will only accept your offer to purchase a product or products from us where payment for such product or products is being tendered by a credit card or debit card which is registered in the United Kingdom

No, we only accept payment in pounds sterling.

Payment is taken at the point of that your order is confirmed. You should receive an invoice for your goods once the payment has been processed.

We will charge your payment card as soon as your order has been placed.

Delivery

We can deliver to any part of the United Kingdom.

At this stage we are not able to deliver to locations outside of the UK, including the Republic of Ireland or Mainland Europe.

Yes, we offer Next Day delivery to all orders in mainland UK so long as you place your order before 3pm.

Orders placed after 3pm on Friday are delivered the following Tuesday providing it’s not a bank holiday.

This costs £6.95 unless your order is £50 or above.

We cannot offer a next day service on orders to Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland and some remote parts of the UK.

Orders to these locations can take up to 3 days to arrive and cost £16.95 per order to ship.

We can deliver to addresses other than the address associated with your payment card.

You simply add alternative address details when you go through the checkout process.

Sometimes there may be problems delivering to the address that you have given us. If this happens, we will contact you to discuss this.

You can track your order from the unique reference number sent to you by FedEx.

Order Help

Once your order has been placed, it is not possible to cancel it prior to delivery. You will need to accept the delivery and return the goods to us.

Our website system is designed to ensure that stock levels are always accurate, and that only products that are showing as available can be added to your basket and ordered. Unfortunately, there may sometimes be errors, and occasionally products which are available from our website may be out of stock in our warehouse.

If this happens, we will advise you by email and let you know when the product will be available. If you have ordered a number of items we will ask you to confirm your despatch instructions on the items that are available. You will be refunded for any items that we cannot send.

About Our Products

It is regarded as one of the finest cottons in the world. It’s long staple yarns make it soft, strong, lightweight and longer lasting than any other cotton.

It is cool in the summer and warm in the winter and requires minimal ironing making it the perfect choice for a good night’s sleep.

This is the density of threads per square inch: generally, higher thread counts mean a softer and smoother feel.

Our fitted sheets are available in 2 sizes – our 200 thread count sheets fit mattresses up to 28cm in depth and our 400 thread count sheets will fit mattresses up to 35cm in depth.

Yes, all our are linen is STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX®.

OEKO-TEX is a worldwide independent testing and certification system that tests for harmful substances which are prohibited or regulated by law and chemicals which are known to be harmful to health.

They also test for colour fading and acidity as a precautionary measure to safeguard health at every stage of production.

Tog rating is a term belonging to duvets. It is a rating of just how warm this product is, with higher tog ratings indicating a warmer duvet

However, it’s worth bearing in mind that while high tog duvets will keep you cosy and warm during winter, you’ll have to change to something a little cooler during the summer months!

The weight of a towel is measured by the GSM (grams per square metre).

Typically, the higher the GSM, the better performance you will have from the towel.
